How it works

From first call to a closed file

Everything happens by video, phone and email, so it fits around showings, repairs and a day job.

  1. Step 1: Twenty minutes on video

You tell us about the property and the problem. We tell you what we’d do and the flat fee.

  2. Step 2: One letter to sign

The engagement letter names the work, the fee and what it leaves out. You sign it online.

  3. Step 3: Upload, don’t mail

Leases, ledgers, photos and notices go into a shared folder. No printing, no trips downtown.

  4. Step 4: We do the work

Drafting, filing and court dates, with a short note to you after each step.

  5. Step 5: A closing note

When it’s done, a one-page summary of what happened and what to do differently next time, if anything.

By video

A lawyer on your screen, not across town

Most of our clients have never been to the office, and don’t need to.

We meet owners in Cincinnati, Toledo, Youngstown and small towns in between without anyone getting in a car. Where a court wants a lawyer in the room, we either go ourselves or tell you the travel cost before you sign.
