Ione handles the firm’s contested evictions and every trial.
Before she started the firm, Ione was in-house counsel to a property manager with buildings across the Miami Valley, filing hundreds of evictions and watching the ones that came back because of a notice problem.
She started Vantreese Grabowski so owners without a management company could have the same help at a price they can see. She still owns a two-family house in South Park, and rents out the upstairs.
